If you reside within the Town of Forestburgh and
own a dog, New York State Agriculture and Markets
Law states the dog must be licensed. To obtain a
dog license, proof of rabies is required. If the
dog is spayed or neutered, proof of spaying or neutering
is required. If your dog has a three year rabies
shot, you may purchase a three year dog license.
The cost for a dog license is $5.50 per year for
a spayed/neutered dog or $13.50 per year for an
unsprayed/un-neutered dog. Download
